YVONNE'S MORAY COAST 18 DAY IRON WOMAN CHALLENGE

Every day for 18 days starting on Friday 3rd November 2023 (which would have been Lewis' 18th birthday) Yvonne will complete her own challenge, and it's monumental.
Each day she will:
- Swim one mile
+ Hike/Run 18 miles
+ Trail Bike 18 miles
+ Do a beach workout of 18 exercises x 50 reps each
+ Finishing with a dook in the sea!
